Consent to receive AIsup news and offers

Consent
Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I consent to Sole proprietor Evgeny Aleksandrovich Dubrovin (INN 773128205353, OGRNIP 326774600535500, contact email: support@aisup.pro; the “Operator”) sending me news and offers about the AIsup Service, including advertising (Article 18(1) of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 “On Advertising”), and processing my personal data for this purpose (Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”).
1. How consent is given
Consent is optional: it is given by ticking the “I agree to receive AIsup news and offers” box when signing up, placing an order, on the consent screen or in the Profile section of the cabinet. The box is not pre-ticked.
Without this consent the AIsup Service works the same way; service emails and notices about the account, plan, payments, websites and tasks are sent anyway — they are not advertising.
This consent is separate from the Consent to personal data processing, the Public offer and the Privacy Policy. The Operator stores the date and time of the tick (UTC), the IP address, browser details, the version of the consent and the exact checkbox text.
2. What we send and how
AIsup news: new AI agent and Service features, tips on running websites;
AIsup offers: discounts, promo codes, promotions and special terms for AIsup Service plans and packs;
mailings cover the AIsup Service only; news and offers about other products and services are not sent under this consent;
channel — the email address used at sign-up. No calls, SMS or messenger messages (including Telegram and MAX bots) are sent under this consent.
3. Data processed
email address;
name — to address you in the email;
interface language — to send the email in your language;
date, time, IP address, browser details and version of the consent when it was given; unsubscribe date.
4. Actions and transfer
Collection, recording, storage, use, clarification, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation. The data is stored on a SpaceWeb LLC server (Russia); emails are sent via Yandex 360 mail (YANDEX LLC). The data is not shared with anyone else for mailings; if the Operator starts using a mailing service, it will be listed in this document. No cross-border transfer takes place.
5. Term and withdrawal
Consent is valid until withdrawn.
You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time: untick “Newsletter” in your Profile, use the “Unsubscribe” link in any mailing, or email support@aisup.pro with the subject “Unsubscribe”.
After withdrawal the Operator stops mailings immediately and stops processing the data for this purpose within 30 days. The record of the consent and its withdrawal is kept for 3 years after withdrawal. Withdrawal does not affect your account, plan or service notices.
