The text below is the Provider’s official public offer under clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Agreement is concluded when the Parties perform the actions provided in this Offer, meaning full and unconditional acceptance of all Offer terms by accession.

Name, scope, limits, price and other terms are determined by the selected plan on the Site.
The Provider may perform the Agreement personally or through third parties and remains responsible for their actions.
Acceptance includes, among other things: ticking the “I accept the terms of the offer” box at sign-up, on the consent screen or when placing an order and paying; account registration; selecting and/or paying for a plan; starting to use the Service.
3. Rights and duties
The Provider:
grants access to the cabinet and Service features within the plan;
keeps the Customer’s personal data confidential as needed to perform the Agreement;
may update this Offer and plan descriptions on the Site; new terms apply to newly concluded agreements.
The Customer:
provides accurate data when registering and using the Service;

4. Price and payment
The price is set by the plans on the Site at the time of the order. A demo plan may be free with a limited token allowance.
Payments are cashless (online payment according to the methods available on the Site).
On paid plans the number of sites is unlimited subject to fair use: up to 25 sites per account can be connected without approval. To connect more, the Customer contacts support and the Provider raises the limit free of charge. The Provider may refuse to raise the limit if the Service is used to resell access or to process sites in bulk automatically without the Customer's involvement.
A paid period runs on the terms of the plan chosen at payment. Changed prices and limits apply from the next payment or renewal.
Additional token packs are paid separately and are added on top of the plan limit.
5. Confidentiality and security
The Parties protect personal data under Federal Laws No. 152-FZ and No. 149-FZ.
Details of personal data processing are in the Privacy Policy. Processing of personal data of the Customer’s website visitors and customers is covered by section 6.
6. Instruction to process personal data
6.1. This section is an instruction to process personal data under Article 6(3) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”. By accepting the Offer, the Customer instructs the Provider (Sole proprietor Evgeny Aleksandrovich Dubrovin) to process the personal data listed in clause 6.2, and the Provider accepts the instruction.
6.2. When the Customer connects their website, admin panel, hosting, FTP, SSH, API or third-party services (including analytics and webmaster tools) to the Service, or uploads files and content, the Service may gain access to personal data of the Customer’s website visitors, customers, users and staff: names, contact details, order and request data, comments, accounts, IP addresses and other data contained in the website, its database, files, logs and connected services. The Customer is the operator (controller) of this personal data; the Provider processes it on the Customer’s instruction.
6.3. The sole purpose is providing the services under the Agreement: analysing, supporting, fixing, improving, developing and promoting the Customer’s website, performing the Customer’s tasks with the AI agent, preparing reports. The Provider does not use this data for its own purposes, including mailings and advertising, and does not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the services (Service hosting and the artificial intelligence models listed in the Consent to personal data processing) and as required by law.
6.4. Actions: collection (receipt from connected sources), recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) within clause 6.3, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation. The Provider does not specifically collect visitors’ personal data: it is processed only to the extent it is contained in the data the Customer has given access to.
6.5. The Provider keeps the personal data confidential, follows the principles and rules of Law No. 152-FZ and takes protective measures under Article 19 of that law: website access details are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), data is transferred over TLS, access is limited to the people and processes that need it to provide the services, the Service server is located in the Russian Federation, actions are logged and backups are made. On the Customer’s request the Provider confirms these measures and compliance with the instruction.
6.6. The Customer warrants that they process the personal data of their visitors, customers and staff lawfully, have obtained the required consents (including to processing by a third party on their instruction and, where required, to cross-border transfer when artificial intelligence models are used) or have another legal basis, and are entitled to instruct the Provider. The Customer does not give the Service special categories or biometric personal data unless necessary.
6.7. If the Provider becomes aware of an unlawful or accidental transfer (provision, disclosure, access) of personal data processed on the instruction, it notifies the Customer at the account email within 24 hours of discovery with the known details of the incident and the measures taken, so that the Customer can meet the operator’s duties under Article 21(3.1) of Law No. 152-FZ. The Provider also helps the Customer answer requests from data subjects and Roskomnadzor regarding processing on the instruction.
6.8. When the Agreement ends, a website is deleted from the Service, or on the Customer’s request, the Provider stops processing and destroys the personal data received on the instruction: data of a deleted website within 90 days, other data within 30 days, unless the law requires it to be kept. The Customer may revoke access at any time.
6.9. The instruction is valid for the term of the Agreement.
7. Force majeure
The Parties are released from liability if performance is impossible due to force majeure.
The affected Party shall notify the other within a reasonable time; if the event lasts more than 60 business days, either Party may withdraw from the Agreement.

The Provider is not liable for non-performance caused by the Customer (incorrect data, misuse, issues on the Customer’s site, etc.), nor for indirect damages or consequences of applying agent changes without the Customer’s review.
Total Provider liability under the Agreement is limited to amounts actually paid for the last paid period, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Term
