Public Offer
1. General
This Public Offer sets out the terms of an agreement for access to the AIsup service (the “Agreement”). It is an offer addressed to an indefinite number of persons and expresses the intent of the person making the offer to consider a contract concluded with anyone who accepts it.
Performing the actions described in this Offer confirms the Parties’ consent to conclude the Agreement on the terms set out herein.
The text below is the Provider’s official public offer under clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Agreement is concluded when the Parties perform the actions provided in this Offer, meaning full and unconditional acceptance of all Offer terms by accession.
Terms
Agreement — this Offer accepted by the Customer through conclusive actions.
Provider’s Site — the AIsup service: https://aisup.pro, https://app.aisup.pro.
Product / Service — access to the AIsup cloud service (an AI agent for site support, growth and promotion, cabinet, tickets and related features) within the plan selected on the Site.
Parties — the Provider and the Customer.
2. Subject
The Provider shall grant the Customer access to the Product, and the Customer shall pay for it in the amount, manner and time set on the Site and/or in the order (if a paid plan is selected).
Name, scope, limits, price and other terms are determined by the selected plan on the Site.
The Provider may perform the Agreement personally or through third parties and remains responsible for their actions.
Acceptance includes, among other things: account registration; selecting and/or paying for a plan; starting to use the Service.
3. Rights and duties
The Provider:
grants access to the cabinet and Service features within the plan;
keeps the Customer’s personal data confidential as needed to perform the Agreement;
may update this Offer and plan descriptions on the Site; new terms apply to newly concluded agreements.
The Customer:
provides accurate data when registering and using the Service;
warrants that provided access credentials and content are lawful and must not use the Service for harmful purposes;
accepts the Offer in full without reservations.
4. Price and payment
The price is set by the plans on the Site at the time of the order. A demo plan may be free with a limited number of messages.
Payments are cashless (online payment according to the methods available on the Site).
5. Confidentiality and security
The Parties protect personal data under Federal Laws No. 152-FZ and No. 149-FZ.

6. Force majeure
The Parties are released from liability if performance is impossible due to force majeure.
The affected Party shall notify the other within a reasonable time; if the event lasts more than 60 business days, either Party may withdraw from the Agreement.
7. Liability
The Parties are liable under this Offer and Russian law.
The Provider is not liable for non-performance caused by the Customer (incorrect data, misuse, issues on the Customer’s site, etc.), nor for indirect damages or consequences of applying agent changes without the Customer’s review.
Total Provider liability under the Agreement is limited to amounts actually paid for the last paid period, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Term
The Offer is effective from publication on the Site until withdrawn by the Provider.
The Agreement runs from acceptance until the Parties fully perform, or until the account is deleted / plan access ends.
9. Other terms
The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation; a pre-trial dispute procedure is mandatory.
The language of the Parties is Russian.
Links to third-party sites on the Site are informational; the Provider does not control their content.
